My personal journey
After a severe depressive episode in 2018, I started going to therapy once a week and I was prescribed multiple medications for various mental illnesses. After years of talking to a therapist, going through EMDR therapy, trying different pills & changing doses- I wasn't seeing a lot of improvement in my mental or emotional health. Sure, I was talking about my issues every week... but they kept reoccurring and I could never seem to overcome the inner battles I was facing. I knew there had to be a more progressive way to get to the actual core of my depression, anxiety, and bi-polar disorder. So, in the beginning of 2021 I took my healing into my own hands. Through my studies of mindfulness, herbalism, crystal healing, Reiki therapy, reducing toxins, and adopting a more holistic lifestyle- I was able to manage my mental health more wholesomely and actually make changes to improve my overall wellbeing!

This business started in January 2020 with tarot readings only, but has evolved into something much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. By working through my own struggles, I was then able to help others.
This business is an extension of my own personal healing journey, and I look forward to sharing the tools and wisdom with you.
