Tea

  • Keep in a sealed bag or jar, and out of direct sunlight to maintain freshness.

  • Teas can keep up to 1 year if properly stored.

  • Keep cool. Warmer temperatures will cause melting, this can cause product separation or spoilage.

  • 1 year shelf life when properly stored.

Bath Salts

  • Keep bag closed to prevent the Epsom salt from drying out.

  • Bath salts can keep for about 3 months with proper storage. Transfer to a glass jar for better sealing.

Soap

  • Keep dry when not using to extend the life of your bar.

  • un-used soap will last for 1 year.

Infused Oils

  • un-strained oils are more prone to spoilage, keep out of direct sunlight and extreme heat.

  • oils can last 6 months-1 year when properly handled and stored.

Do not use anything that has developed mold or an off odor. Use your best judgment if you stumble upon an old bottle or bag of product.

Sourcing?

▪︎ Herbs are sourced through a reputable company, that verifies all the herbs are certified organic.
▪︎ Homegrown herbs will be marked "🌱". I take pride in growing all of my plants without any chemicals (herbicides & pesticides). Each plant is tenderly cared for, dried with cared, and kept in sealed jars... to ensure the properties remain at peak levels.
▪︎ Foraged herbs will be marked "🌾". I forage all plants with ethical principles and make sure the herbs gathered are in good growing conditions; reducing the chances of having contact with harmful environmental factors. The plant materials are then dried & put away for storage.

What is Reiki Therapy?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique, that is used to restore balance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Reiki Therapy brings the body back to a naturally relaxed state, which aids in recovery, stress reduction, improved mood, and various other benefits. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels the healing energy through their hands and guides it into the recipient of the therapy.  The person receiving the Reiki may feel sensations, hear sounds, or even see colors.. some people don't feel anything, and others fall asleep. The experience will be as unique as the individual receiving it. There is nothing special that you need to do to be able to receive Reiki Therapy. All you need is an open mind; and a body that is open to receiving the energy. I use crystals in my Reiki practice, but they are not require for a Reiki session.
