How to use:
1. Gather a group of hair (or braid)  the same size or slightly bigger than the coil. 
*if it's too loose, it won't stay in
2. Start with one end and start twisting the coil around the hair. Try to get the end to go all the way around the hair, instead of through the strands. 
3. Keep twisting until the coil is completely filled with hair. 
4. Practice, practice, practice! It will take a few tries to figure out the appropriate amount of hair needed for each wrap.
