Service Description

You can receive Reiki Therapy from anywhere in the world; simply be open to receiving it, and trust that the healing goes where it is needed most. You stay at you home & receive the therapeutic benefits of Reiki. What can Reiki be used for? ✨ Chakra balancing ✨ Stress relief ✨ Mental clarity ✨ Emotional support Something else in mind? That's cool too! We'll have a pre- session chat about what you'd like to achieve with Reiki therapy, so we'll discuss all the details then. 📅 When it's time for your appointment- ⚠️ refrain from drugs or alcohol for 24 hours before & after your appointment. 1. Find a quiet place you will not be distracted or disturbed for 35-40 mins. 2. Feel free to use incense, music, or crystals to set the tone- but nothing is REQUIRED to receive the Reiki healing. 3. Lay down or sit comfortably during the pre-scheduled time. State with intention- "I am open to receiving the Reiki energy sent out for me and trust for it to go where it is needed at this time." ⏱ Start your timer for 30 mins. 4. Notice how your body is processing the energy. You may feel sensations, hear sounds, see colors, fall asleep, or feel nothing at all. All of those are normal responses to Reiki. The experience is as unique as the individual receiving it. 5. After the 30 mins. open your eyes and become aware of your surroundings. Sit or stand when its comfortable to do so. 6. Drink some water and notice how you feel. Your body will continue to process the energy for a few days. Stay hydrated and be sure to get good rest following the session. Keep an eye out for an email from me- with your Reiki Report; giving you all the details about your appointment, the chakras, the crystals, and the overall energy of the session.
